Storage Capital utilizes the expertise of its affiliate company, Access Results Capital Inc. to broker and administer its mortgages. Access Results Capital Inc. is a licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as a brokerage and administrator (Licence Numbers: 13529 and 13533).

Michael Foy
Founding Partner & President
Michael Foy is the founder of Storage Capital and over the past 20 years has been brokering the purchase, sale, and funding of self-storage facilities across the country. Michael has completed more self-storage transactions in Canada than any other broker. Michael utilizes his experience and knowledge of the industry to empower clients by offering flexible funding, debt and equity, strategies tailored to their needs.

Scott Lynds
Licensed Mortgage Broker
Scott Lynds is a licensed Mortgage Broker who is the President and Principal Broker of Access Results Capital Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate financing, most recently with Canada’s largest non-bank lender, and previously at an international bank and a life insurance company. While Scott’s experience includes many different asset classes, he has worked with many, including the largest, storage owners in Canada to help manage their loan needs; making him one of the most experienced bankers in the sector having completed over $3.0 billion of storage loans. Scott joins the team with an institutional approach that will help satisfy a broader group of storage facilities needs.

Blenda Wade
Director, Funding & Admin
Blenda Wade is the Director, Funding and Administration at Access Results Capital Inc. She has been working in the commercial mortgage business for over 10 years. Prior to joining Access Results Capital Inc., Blenda was the Head of Mortgage Administration for one of the leading non-bank lenders in the Greater Toronto Area. She holds an MBA in Financial Management and Accounts and is a registered Mortgage Agent in Ontario.
